DISCLAIMER:
By registering with Guardian Tactical Gear, which is owned by Guardian Training Center, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Guardian Training Center”), you confirm that you are of appropriate age to purchase ammunition, magazines, or firearms and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, receiving or owning ammunition, magazines, or firearms.
BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AMMUNTION, MAGAZINES, FIREARMS OR OTHER RESTRICTED ITEMS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS, WHICH INCLUDES YOUR GUARANTEE THAT YOU HAVE CHECKED WITH YOUR LOCAL LAWS AND THAT THOSE LOCAL LAWS ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE AND RECEIVE THE AMMUNITION, MAGAZINES, FIREARMS OR OTHER RESTRICTED ITEMS THAT YOU PURCHASE. All customers must agree to Guardian Training Centers statements and terms of sale before order is placed. All orders are subject to review and approval by Guardian Training Center.

- I am currently twenty-one (21) years old or older if purchasing handgun ammunition or eighteen (18) years or older if purchasing rifle ammunition.
- By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Guardian Training Center is not violating any state or local law or ordinance
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year
- I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance
- I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien
- I have never been nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship
- I am currently not subject to any restraining order
- I have never been nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence
- I will use products purchased from Guardian Training Center for lawful purposes only.

We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product. I also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, my order will be cancelled and I will be subject to paying a 20% cancellation fee.
NICS/PICS DENIAL & FIREARM RETURNS:
For us to accept a firearm return under this NICS/PICS DENIAL condition, the firearm must neither have been previously transferred nor fired. Upon return, the firearm will be inspected. If the firearm passes inspection, will issue a partial refund as there will be a 25% re-stocking fee imposed. In addition to the re-stocking fee, any costs or charges levied by the supplier and shipping costs will be also deducted from the total amount refunded. BEFORE PURCHASING A FIREARM ONLINE, please ensure that you meet all legal Federal, state, and local requirements to possess a firearm in order to avoid this situation in the first place.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
Please note that we do not permit the return or refund of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
5. All Protective Plates

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either ensure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and USPS. Adult Signatures are required on All Firearms and Ammunition Sales.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from Guardian Training Center are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS:
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Guardian Training Center will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. You consent to receive communications from Guardian Training Center electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications sent to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Registration and Account Obligations:
As a condition precedent to your use of the Service, you warrant and represent that you are not a minor, are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred by law from using the Service. You further warrant, represent and agree to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information in your registration to use the Service and maintain and promptly update such registration information to keep it true, accurate, correct and complete. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER, ITS OFFICERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES, COURT COSTS AND OTHER LEGAL DISBURSEMENTS AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ANY CONTENT YOU SUBMIT, POST OR MAKE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS USER AGREEMENT, YOUR BREACH OF ANY OF THE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES HEREIN OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF, OR DUTIES OWED TO, ANY THIRD PARTY.
Limitation of Liability:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER SITE OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER SITE OR THE SERVICE, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER SITE OR THE SERVICE OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION OR TERMINATION OF THE GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER SITE OR THE SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER SITE AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE GUARDIAN TRAINING CENTER SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
